Rhett & Link, YouTubers Popular With Youth, Deconstruct Their Faith

Extremely sad, these men had such a shallow idea of faith and worse, that they could drag so many down with them…

Pastor Agrees with Lt. Gov. Dan Forest: Planned Parenthood Wants to Exterminate Black People

A discerning person on any side of the abortion argument should truly look at this evil person’s true intentions. Hitler had very similar ideas regarding eugenics as the founder of Planned Parenthood. The idea to exterminate anyone they considered inferior!

The most likely individuals, historically, to have abortions, those inconvenient or unplanned pregnancies, were typically obtained by those type individuals these two hated the most, including African Americans, intellectually inferior, and the impoverished.

Now, it is an epidemic of global proportions to murder the unborn out of convenience, lack of self-control, lust, and self-will. The overall number done for the ‘reason’ of rape, incest, birth defects, or to prevent mother and fetus fatalities is a minuscule percentage of the vast majority. It is now nothing more than an attempt to avoid the consequences of lustful sexually immoral behavior.

There is, of course, salvation and forgiveness available to those who repent of both performing and obtaining abortions…

However, the Church, discerning leaders, and the general public need to wake up and take action against this horrific, evil practice and shut down organizations like Planned Parenthood and all other organizations that continue to support them.

Managing Mistakes

It illustrates a great point!

Managing Mistakes

By Joe Cramer

“If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:8-9

It’s easy for mistakes to be made. In today’s business world, it may seem common practice to hide your mistakes, or even blame someone or something else. The way we handle mistakes can set us apart as Christians and allow us to lead by example.

In my early years as an advisor, I would learn by watching my mentor (who I no longer work with). Whenever a mistake was made, he always found a way to spin the truth to protect his credibility and maintain the perception that he was an expert and a trustworthy advisor.

It‘s important to do our work with excellence and try our best to avoid mistakes – but mistakes do happen. Everyone makes mistakes, but it takes a certain kind of humility and integrity to honestly admit to them. My clients have respected and appreciated when I was honest about a mistake, and this has created more trust in turn.

By admitting to our mistakes with integrity and turning a negative situation into an opportunity to better serve those around you with excellence, we can continue to set good examples of what it means to be Christ in the workplace.

On a recent trip, my luggage was lost on a direct flight to Chicago. The baggage claim attendant, Sonja, apologized (even though it wasn’t her fault), updated me every 15 minutes, and promised me she would find my luggage and deliver it to me. An hour after I left the airport, she found my luggage and told me she would have someone (a nice guy named Herb) drive it to me in South Bend, two hours away. The world needs more people like Sonja and Herb, working with excellence and going the extra mile to take care of people in the marketplace.

CHALLENGE: What holds you back from being honest about your mistakes?

Faith Over Feelings: What Are You Led By?

This is a huge issue, especially in our current culture, where how we feel rules everything!

I have a teenage daughter who particularly struggles in this area… I continue to impress on her and myself as well that our feelings lie to us, and we need to trust Hod and Scripture before how we feel.

Some feelings are indeed valid, however it takes discernment and sometimes wise counsel to find the truth.
